Charlyce Bozzello

Charlyce Bozzello is the Chief of Staff at Berman and Company.

Charlyce oversees both national and local-level issue-advocacy campaigns as well as internal operations. Previously, she worked as the firm’s communications director with a focus on labor and employment policy. Her clients and campaigns have been featured in national outlets including Fox News, The New York Times, Bloomberg and Politico. Her own work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Examiner and The Detroit News, among others. Prior to Berman, Charlyce was at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research in New York City. Charlyce graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a BA in Political Science and English. During her time at school, she worked on political campaigns, including a successful gubernatorial campaign in 2014.
